ABOUT US
KickOff Solutions is a nonprofit platform fueling the leadership journey of girls in sport from some of India’s most underserved communities. We support them from adolescence to financial independence through a holistic fellowship model that offers financial scholarships, 21st-century skills training, counseling, career mentoring, and access to technology.
Our approach is delivered in collaboration with deeply engaged grassroots partners and shaped by insights from our Girl Leaders’ Council, ensuring that our work remains both expert-led and participant-centered.
VISION & MISSION
What we are doing, and Why are we doing it.
OUR VISION
To nurture a generation of sport-engaged girls who overcome barriers, achieve independence, and become changemakers shaping a gender-equal future.
OUR MISSION
To enable girls from high-risk communities to use sport as a pathway to leadership and success. Through multi-year, collaborative interventions that include 21st-century skills training, career mentoring, mental health support, safeguarding, and allyship, we help girls build the confidence and tools to graduate, secure their futures, and lead change. By deeply investing in each girl’s journey, we aim to unlock powerful stories that inspire communities and drive progress toward a gender-equal future.
