Eligibility Requirements

​

• 3+ years of senior leadership experience (CXO/Director level or equivalent) within the development sector, or significant leadership exposure as a non-profit Board member.

• Proven experience in leading and executing organizational growth strategies for non-profits or similarly scaled entities, with measurable impact.

 

• Demonstrated success in mobilizing significant funding from diverse sources including institutional grants, corporate partnerships, and major individual donors.

 

• Strong track record in building, managing, and sustaining high-level strategic partnerships with corporate stakeholders and civil society organisations.
