WHO WE ARE
KickOff Solutions is a sports-for-development platform with the goal to enable underprivileged girl leaders through sport and support their changemaker journeys by building relatable hero stories of fighting through adversity to play, subsequently claiming their right to complete college, be financially independent, follow their dreams and lead community change. Inspiring many others in their community!
With the evidence of the power of sport to develop leadership among girls, we run a multi-year changemaker program in collaboration with verified grassroot partners. The program caters to a diverse network of under privileged girl leaders who play sport in tribal & slum communities across India and some parts of Africa.

OUR PROCESS
WHY SUPPORT GIRLS WHO PLAY SPORT?
BREAKING BARRIERS
Sports is one of the earliest markers of gender discrimination, with girls enduring scarring experiences as they navigate puberty, are restricted from public spaces, and find very few role models. Girls who dare to still play on and challenge conventional norms are our hope for a fairer future.
EARLY INDICATOR OF GENDER BIAS
Girls who play hard and demonstrate leadership for their refusal to give up on their dreams and for standing up for others around them have the potential to be leaders of tomorrow. However, they still need allies to shape their destinies and the cultural landscape.
CREATING LEADERS AND CHANGE AGENTS FOR TOMORROW
Every girl who continues to play sports is not just an athlete she is a budding leader, challenging the status quo, establishing themselves as role models and becoming change agents for the society.
"When you empower a woman, you empower a community, not just an individual”
In a patriarchal, financially challenged family, Isha's life was restricted to chores while her brother enjoyed better education. Her resilience led her to defy norms and play football, amidst neighborhood disapproval. Relocating to Nagpur after her father's job loss, she continued facing educational disparities.
